The firm is a licensed Professional Design Firm with IDOT Prequalification (Highway – Freeways, Highway – Roads and Streets, Special Studies – Feasibility, Location Design Studies – Rehabilitation, and Location Design Studies – Reconstruction/Major Rehabilitation) and Illinois CDB Prequalification (Civil Engineering Firm) providing professional services in all phases (Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3) of transportation and infrastructure constructions. We are a “veterans-priority” firm and as a registered IDOT Subcontractor, we also offer sewer televising and traffic control services.
